RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It's really important to us that your happy with your purchase from MAX LAINER so if you're not you can return your item for a full refund or exchange within 21 days from receipt of your goods. Please note that all items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES&CANADA

1. Please email returns@maxlainer.com to request a returns/exchange form that we will then email back to you.

2. Upon receiving the returns/exchange form you will have 10 working days to pack and ship the item(s) back to us.  The address to return the item(s) to will be provided on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs involved in sending item(s) back to us and if it has not been received after 10 working days the return or exchange will be cancelled. We strongly recommended that you obtain a tracking number as Max Lainer takes no responsibility for items lost in transit or received outside of the return / exchange window.

3. All goods being returned or exchanged must be in the exact same condition as you received it in, that is brand new, unused, unworn and with all the tags intact. If items do not meet our returns policy they will be sent back to you.

4. You will be notified by email as soon as your return or exchange has been received and is being processed.

5.  Items being returned for a refund will be credited within 7 working days* to the original card used to make the purchase.

6.  Items being returned for an exchange have to be exchanged in the same style and color just in a different size, please ensure the new size you would like is noted on the returns/exchange form. Your exchanged item will only be sent you when we have received and processed your returned item.

 

RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we are unable to accept International orders for an exchange.

1. Please email returns@maxlainer.com to request a returns form that we will then email back to you.

2. Upon receiving the returns/exchange form you will have 10 working days to pack and ship the item(s) back to us.  The address to return the item(s) to will be provided on the form and the parcel must be marked as 'Returned goods". Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs involved in sending item(s) back to us and if it has not been received after 10 working days the return or exchange will be cancelled. We strongly recommended that you obtain a tracking number as Max Lainer takes no responsibility for items lost in transit or received outside of the return / exchange window.
